This exhibition highlights the artistic responses of Whiteley and some of his contemporaries to the powerful influences of Eastern philosophies, which gained popularity in the west in the 1950s and 60s. It includes the work of Ian Fairweather, Peter Upward, Royston Harper and John Olsen, as well as Brett Whiteley.
